What does Culturacare do?Culturacare Management Services offers a suite of services to medical professionals eager to start or efficiently manage their own group practice. Recognizing that many providers prefer patient care over tasks like business planning, bookkeeping, and managed care negotiations, we provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and strategic support. Our focus is on keeping practitioners of color in business in marginalized areas, enabling them to deliver outstanding care while maintaining clinical independence. By partnering with an MSO like Culturacare, practitioners can avoid the high costs that often force independent practices to close, ensuring their focus remains on patient care.

Why does Culturacare center BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA+ intersections (QTBIPOC), and neurodivergent individuals of color?Culturacare centers the needs and voices of BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA+ (QTBIPOC), and neurodivergent individuals of color, recognizing the systemic gaps in traditional healthcare models. Historically, these groups have been marginalized in behavioral healthcare systems that aren't designed, owned, or operated by the communities they serve. This often leads to inadequate care that fails to address their unique needs. Culturacare, founded by immigrants, emerged from a need to challenge these disparities, from confronting the unjust criminalization of mental health issues to advocating for fair compensation in healthcare. Our mission is to create more inclusive, effective healthcare solutions for the communities we represent.
